RETURNS
- If you are not completely satisfied with your Pink Motel purchase, you may send it back for a refund.
- Full-priced items may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment. Sale merchandise items marked down at 40% or more are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
- We are only able to exchange items for a different size. We cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, you can return your purchase for a refund (if allowed per our Returns policy) and place a new order.
- Returns are accepted if postmarked within 21 days of delivery. Items returned after 21 days will not be accepted.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if return is a result of company error or damaged merchandise. Any damage upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
- Pink Motel reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
ONLINE ORDERS
- Visit https://pinkmoteltlv.com/pages/return-policy to request your return authorization, and follow the prompts.
- Once you have received your return request confirmation email, pack and seal your items, in the original packaging if possible, with the original invoice enclosed. Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Please note that $10.00 will be deducted from your refund for all returns sent using the pre-paid shipping label. You may use any preferred shipping service as long as a valid tracking number is provided. Packages must be returned prepaid. COD will not be accepted. Pink Motel will not accept lost returns without a valid tracking number.
